Justin Bieber has announced dates for a North American tour in 2012 and he's coming to T-DOT! He and Carly Rae Jepsen will be here December 1st at the Rogers Centre.

Tickets go on sale June 1st at noon, and $1 from each ticket will be donated to charity. Pencils of Promise is a charity that builds schools in the developing world.
