Casper Smart(ironc?) has been seeing Jennifer Lopez for a little while now.  Enough to say that they are a "steady" couple, or as steady as the whoring for publicity industry gets.  Well here he is outside of a NY peep show, but it's probably setup to look like he frequents the place.  Much like when I stop to pick up a quarter in front of The Brass Rail, he is probably just passing by...
