This one isn't new.  It doesn't have the pumping beats like most of the hit songs to today.  This one is more like an Adele, or a Gotye.  It give you a feeling when you hear it.  The hairs on your arm and head might get tingly from Coldplay's style.  It's a weird and funky sound that comes from instruments that sound like they could be made from cheap Compliments brand roasting pans.  Or something.
